Here is my simple, wonderful, easy approach to non-project based pricing:

1. $75 an hour for my services, available in 20-hour blocks.
2. $80 an hour for my services, available in 15-hour blocks.
3. $90 an hour for my services, available in 10-hour blocks.
4. $100 an hour for my services, available in 5-hour blocks.
5. $150 for hours booked individually.

In all cases, I offer these as a pre-paid 'Productivity Punch Passes.' 

You buy the quantity you want up front and use it at whatever pace and for whatever services (or combination) you like. Each 'Punch Pass' is good for a year.
